Payment Issues
If your credit/debit card is rejected by our online payment processing systems, please:

Important:
Your name and billing address must match the cardholder address held by your card issuer. If there is a problem collecting payment after we have confirmed receipt of your order, we are not obliged to dispatch your order.
We may be unable to process an order in the following cases:
- The item is out of stock or no longer available.

Our online transactions are verified by MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa for added peace of mind.
These services allow you to protect your card with a password set up through your card issuer. During checkout:
- After confirming your order, you may be asked to enter your card password.
- If you haven’t yet created one, follow the on-screen instructions to set it up (only required once).
